The 2013 2nd International Conference on Mechatronic Sciences, Electric Engineering and Computer (MEC 2013)will be held from December 6 to 8, 2013, in Shenyang, China. MEC2013 is sponsored by Shenyang Aerospace University and co-sponsored by UQTR Faculty of Engineering and HeiLongjiang Computer Federation, technical co-sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section.
This conference is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of cybernetics and aerospace engineering. Topics of interests are in the broad areas of Control theory and Application, Sensor and  Instrument Technology, Robotics, Pattern Recognition and Signal Processing, Computer Science and Technology , Aerospace Science and Technology, Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering.  The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE, and all accepted paper will be indexed by EI. In addition, selected high-quality papers will be published in special issues of SCI and EI-indexed journals. 
Shenyang is one of the largest city in China, with famous historical and cultural heritage.
