吕建明 Nevill Lv

吕老师毕业于西安交通大学能源与动力工程学院，18年安全行业从业经验，是设备和工程安全的技术专家，也是设备安全管理的高级顾问。

Graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University (Bachelor), majored in Energy and Power Engineering, Mr. Nevill Lv is a technical expert in equipment and engineering safety and also a senior consultant of equipment safety management with 18-year experience.

他是TÜV 南德大中华集团工厂安全事业部负责人，拥有18年安全工程技术、管理的从业经验，是德国慕尼黑直接授权的高危设备安全技术审核专家。由于工作原因，吕先生在德国、美国、日本、新加坡都有直接服务当地企业的丰富经验，在设备安全领域，参与和主导过大型游乐场、电力、化工、半导体制造业、普通制造业的各种设备的安全风险评估和技术审核。

Mr. Lv is in charge of Plant Safety Service in TÜV SÜD China. With 17-year experience in TÜV SÜD machinery equipment safety assessment, inspection and advisory, he is the Certifier of Safety Certificate for Industrial Machinery and High Risk Machines authorized by TÜV SÜD headquarter in Munich, Germany. Due to work reasons, Mr. Nevill Lv has been trained professionally and provided technical service for local clients in Germany, the USA, Japan, Singapore and worked as project leader in risk assessment and technical audit of amusement rides, electric power, chemical industry, semiconductor manufacturing and general manufacturing.

在广东省，吕先生同时属于广东省安全工程师专业委员会专家委员，负责工厂设备安全和电气安全模块的行业能力提升。由于吕先生通晓欧美的工厂设备安全管理法律（德国BetrSichvO, 英国PUWER, 美国CFR 1910， 加拿大 PHSR 规则），理解风险评估在设备安全管理中的基础性和重要性，由吕先生主导设计的管理工具和课程在制造业颇受欢迎，比如：

In Guangdong, Mr. Lv also assumes the role of expert committee member in the Guangdong Safety Engineer Specialized Committee and he is responsible for plant equipment safety and electrical safety module industry capacity improvement. Because he is familiar with European factory equipment safety management regulations (BetriSichvO in Germany, PUWER in Britain, CFR 1910 in the USA, PHSR rules in Canada) and understands the basis of risk assessment and the importance of the equipment safety management. 银老师毕业于西安交通大学（本科）电气工程与自动化系，目前任职于英国福帝斯联锁公司。拥有TÜV南德认证的CMRE机械安全评估师证书（专家级）。

Mr. Yin is graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University (Bachelor) and majored in electrical engineering and automation. He is now working in Fortress Interlocks, has the certificate of TÜV SÜD CMRE (expert level).

多年从事中、低压电气及自动化控制系统的设计和研发工作，曾在东芝、艾默生等外资企业，从事电气设备设计制造技术支持工作，并负责公司机械电气设备安全风险评估业务的建立和发展，为可口可乐、雀巢、亨氏、高露洁、喜力啤酒及百威啤酒等食品饮料领域诸多国际知名公司生产线和机械电气设备进行设计、评估和安全提升服务，积累了资深和严谨的安全技术功底。

With full experience of medium and low voltage electrical and automation control systems, he has been engaged in technical support for the design and manufacturing of electrical equipment in foreign enterprises such as Toshiba and Emerson, and is responsible for the establishment and development of safety risk assessment business of machinery and electrical equipment. He has designed, evaluated and installed production lines and mechanical and electrical equipment of many well-known international companies in food and beverage fields such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Henry, Colgate, Heineken and Budweiser. Through these projects, he has accumulated senior and rigorous safety technical experience.

银老师擅长将工厂实际和技术标准理论相结合，实现机械电气设备知识的基础性讲解和强化，同时结合中国目前的发展现状，为客户提供确实可行的安全提升计划。
