一．论坛背景

1.Background of Summit

        2020年，推动形成“双循环”新发展格局，是未来一段时期经济发展的首要任务，也是“十四五”时期金融改革发展的着眼点。供应链金融发展挑战与危机并存，疫后重生，许多企业面临着业务上的压力和转型升级的迫切需要，是供应链金融抱团发展的非常契机；另一方面9月22日八部门协同，联合发布的《中国人民银行工业和信息化部司法部商务部国资委市场监管总局银保监会外汇局关于规范发展供应链金融支持供应链产业链稳定循环和优化升级的意见》（银发〔2020〕226号），以下简称“226号文”）的发布无疑成为供应链金融行业重大政策推动事件。未来工业互联网时代，大数据、区块链、物联网等科技将赋能革新供应链业务流程、驱动传统制造和物流行业向智能化迈进。

深圳经济特区建立40周年后，融易学金融学院拟定于2020年12月18日举办2020中国供应链金融与产业创新发展高峰论坛。届时400+行业翘楚汇聚，共同打造行业独具一帜“前瞻经济学家、产业核心机构、头部金融机构、领先金融科技公司等高管领袖的高峰论坛+时势研讨+标杆走访+精英交流晚宴”的多元化、立体化，最具资源与应用价值有机结合的行业盛会。

In 2020, promoting the formation of a new development pattern of "double cycle" is the primary task of economic development in the coming period and the focus of financial reform and development during the 14th Five-year Plan period.After the outbreak of the COVID-19, many enterprises are facing business pressure and urgent need for transformation and upgrading, which is a very good opportunity for the development of supply chain finance. In the future era of industrial Internet, big data, block-chain, Internet of Things and other technologies will enable innovation of supply chain business processes and drive the traditional manufacturing and logistics industry to move towards intelligence.After the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, Rongyixue Institute of Finance plans to hold China Supply Chain Finance and Industrial Innovation Development Summit on December 18, 2020.

（一）防疫

为保障每一位参会人员的健康，论坛将严格执行防疫工作。与会人员报到、参会时，需用微信扫描“疫情防控行程卡”二维码，出示健康码。

（二）安检

设置安检门，体温监测点和临时隔离点，并有专职人员全程驻守，对每一名进入会场人员进行安全检查、体温监测和健康码查验。

（一）个人类奖项评选维度

1.供应链金融优秀“新星”奖项申请者在供应链金融行业从业年限应低于2年，其余奖项申请者从业年限需大于3年。

2.业内声誉良好，无重大负面新闻。

3.须提交详细的个人介绍，内容应包括从业经历、个人荣誉、对供应链金融行业做出的突出贡献等。所提交材料必须真实、有效、可查证。

1. Applicants for Outstanding “New Star”of Supply Chain Finance Awards should have worked in the supply chain finance industry for less than 2 years, while applicants for other awards should have worked in the supply chain finance industry for more than 3 years.

2. Good reputation in the industry, no major negative news.
