1.Forum background

2020年第三季度资产证券化市场共发行产品601只，同比增长87.23%，发行规模共计7590.71亿元，同比增长47.97%。

     其中企业资产证券化产品共发行400只，发行规模共计4261.66亿元；信贷资产证券化产品共发行40只，发行规模共计1707.80亿元；资产支持票据共发行161只，发行规模共计1621.25亿元。

今年企业ABS增速下行主要缘于监管加强，同时信用事件频发导致的配置力量收缩和风险偏好下降。同时，部分企业ABS也出现了风险事件，这对于投资者接受ABS也造成了一定的障碍。

为此，融易学金融学院联合全球投行俱乐部将于12月18日在深圳举办2020 ASFI中国资产证券化金融创新大会，开启金融盛宴，致力于汇聚全球金融精英、商界领袖、财经首脑及监管机构高层代表，共同探讨资产证券化最新发展、分享创新成果，互学互鉴，为资产证券化建设提供重要支撑。

In the third quarter of 2020, 601 products were issued in the asset securitization market, with a year-on-year increase of 87.23%. The total issuance scale was 759.071 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 47.97%.

Among them, there were 400 enterprise asset securitization products with a total issuance scale of 426.166 billion yuan, 40 credit asset securitization products with a total issuance scale of 170.780 billion yuan, and 161 asset-backed notes with a total issuance scale of 162.125 billion yuan.

The decline of ABS growth rate this year is mainly due to the strengthening of supervision, and the contraction of allocation power and the decline of risk preference caused by frequent credit events. At the same time, some enterprises ABS also appeared risk events, which also caused some obstacles for investors to accept ABS.
