Jianping Gu , General Manager of Shanghai Tower Construction & Development Co., Ltd..He graduated from the Department of Architecture of Tongji University in July 1983 with a major in Urban Planning. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree from the China Europe International Business School, and the title of senior engineer. Professionally, Mr. Gu has served as the secretary of the Vice Mayor of Shanghai; the Manager of Sale Development of Shanghai Chengtou Corp.; the General Manager of Shanghai Chengtou Real Estate Development Co., Ltd; the Executive General Manager of Shanghai Chengtou Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd.; the General Manager of Shanghai Chengtou Dongzhan Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.; the Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Luxiangyuan Real Estate Co.,Ltd.; the General Manager and the Managing Director of Shanghai World Expo Landing Holding Co.; the Board Director of Shanghai Huanjiang Investment Co., Ltd.; the Vice Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Golden Hongqiao International Properties Co.,Ltd.; the Vice Commander-in-Chief of Headquarters of the Reconstruction of Old Town on the Northern Suzhou Creek Bank in Zhabei District.
